Six weeks in the dark
Every batch rests before it is filtered. The waiting is where the perfume becomes itself.

Maceration, explained
After blending, perfume oil and alcohol need time to marry. Materials react, sharp edges round off, and the composition settles into a single voice.
We rest every batch for six weeks in a cool, dark room at a constant temperature, then chill-filter and fill by hand.
Why not faster?
Shorter maceration is common and invisible on a blotter. On skin, after hours, it is not. Patience is the cheapest luxury we have.
