Shipping and returns
Orders leave the atelier within two working days. Express shipping is complimentary on orders from $200; below that a flat $12 applies. You will receive tracking as soon as your parcel is collected.
We ship to most countries in Europe, North America and Asia. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so nothing is due on delivery.
Unopened bottles may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Use the samples included with every order to decide before opening.
If a bottle arrives damaged, write to care@obside.com within seven days with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost.
